- "There is a lot of fear about soy having estrogenic properties, but estrogen comes in 3 forms, two of which are natural to our bodies. Soy contains one of the good forms. I have not had good luck with PS made from sunflower, i.e., my memory does not improve on those products. So I seek out that which is made from soy. That has worked for me for decades. And it's a derivative of soy, not "whole" soy. I feel perfectly comfortable continuing with what works for me."

- "We were sent this product by mistake from Piping Rock as part of another order. Best mistake ever. Since we were allowed to keep the product, we decided to try it. We have some short-term, old timers memory issues, and found that this product helps. We thought we thought it might be a placebo effect, but when we stopped taking it, we noticed a return to the memory issues. We decided to buy it again to see if it truly made a difference and it did. We also tried the other form which has more of the main ingredient, but is a pressed powder tablet. The tablet does not work as well as the gel form. We are now on a subscription plan for the product. This is one pill that we will continue to take until it is either no longer available, cost prohibitive or formulation changes so that it is no longer effective."

- "Many people don't talk about it, but usnea is a great antifungal. Sometimes fungus infections like bacteria and viruses become resitent to certain herbal treatments. This is why I try to switch my treatment methods up and use alternatives. Pau d' Arco is used A LOT for yeast infection / candida overgrowth. However usnea (a lichen) is a good alternative to Pau d Arco. Also it is an antibacterial. I found it helped with my BV (bacteria Vaginosis) tremendously."

- "My hair and nails are a mess due to hyperthyroid. I have only used 1 month, but hair is better, growing back on the sides, and condition feels better. My nails take forever to grow, but I do see less ridges, hopefully when they finally grow out, they won't be paper thin anymore! I bought the small concentrate, because you only take 1/2 a tsp, and I didn't want a big bottle sitting around if I didn't use it. Well, I just started my 2 bottle and will continue for 90 days as recommended. No negative effects, easy to take and very hopeful of results. Also helps your skin and supposedly joints, I have a bad knee and will try anything to avoid surgery. I seem to be taking less Tylenol and understand there is a gel form of this and will order that to try on my knee. I only have good things to say about this product !!"

- "I'm on a GLP-1, so getting enough nutrients and protein every day has been super challenging. Huel Black Edition is a lifesaver! It tastes great (though I didn't love every flavor I quickly found my favorites), it mixes up easily in a blender, and if well blended doesn't have any texture. I love that it's all natural ingredients, and I've no issues with digestion. This is a great meal replacement first thing in the morning when I'm busy and trying to get out the door!"

- "I like these vegan protein powders, even though I generally eat lower fat and lower protein overall. That said, I use only 1/2 of the packet at a time, cutting all things in half and making it more like a satisfying item/snack during times of high activity to tide me over until the next meal, as this is a bit on the high calorie side for me on something like this, imo (400 calories). I would definitely say you can use this successfully as a full meal replacement, as it’s very filling due to the very high protein and fat ratios.The flavors in this variety pack are reasonably decent, but some were not very flavorful and outright bland imo - namely the banana flavored one, which I thought would be my fave but it hardly had much flavor (banana or otherwise) to it. Some other ones were quite tasty, so it was hit or miss for me - but YMMV.They dissolve about as well as any other protein powder in this genre - and can get clumpy when manually shaking or stirring - but I like using the blender to make them smooth and creamy.I do really like the convenience of them, especially right before a workout or hike for me - even taking just half a packet will fill me up and I feel fairly satisfied until my next meal. You can mix them in a variety of things, but I generally just use water.The quality seems good overall, and I like the blend of ingredients used in these - just note that these pack quite a punch in terms of fat, protein, and calories per packet. - "Everyone who drinks meal replacements mixed from powder knows they taste terrible when you use water instead of milk (not vegan, I know). This is the exception! The variety pack her contains two samples of each flavor, so naturally I tried one each with and without milk, and they both tasted great! I will say milk improves the texture, but in no way did it suffer or taste worse for being mixed with water. Every one of the flavors mixes well and serves as a filling meal replacement -- I threw mine in the blender in the morning and used it to down all my "take this with food" medications. It's very digestible. I've been a huel enjoyer for a while, so I'm also prepared to take them at their word for the ingredients and their high quality, since I certainly didn't taste anything that would indicate anything at all to the contrary.As far as the taste -- while all of these are very much tasty, not all are created equal. I will say I enjoyed the fruit flavors a little less than the others (coffee carmel was my favorite). Overall, I'm very happy with this product."
